1lb ¼ natural Butter
1 0Z shake/trim
3.5-7 grms high grade (optional)
Will Need:
Crock Pot
Metal strainer or cheese cloth
2 med bowls
Wood spoon
Grind your buds give your intentions to bake so kindly.
Put your herb in the Coffee Grinder OR rub between hands
sifting out any stems.
Melt all the butter in crock pot on low.
Add cannabis (medicine/sacrament) Stir into butter.
Bless your seeds of nourishment.
Cook on warm/low for 10-12 hours (depending on your crock pot)
Check after 5 hrs/ check 8hrs stir turn down if burning plant. Continue to cook for 10-12hrs
Let Cool… Strain 2-4 times with metal strainer and/or cheese cloth, using separate bowls.
*Discard plant material and brown drippings not smooth or tasty!*
Make about 1-1/4 cups Ganja Butter
Okay duh, this is for virgin bakers and parents who don’t have
a lot of free time.
Preheat Oven 325*
Any Package Cake Mix
3 eggs
Substitute vegetable oil/butter with CannaButta
Follow recipe on box……
Mix all wet ingredients then add cake mix.
Grease Pan with cannabutta and sprinkle with flour.
Pour cake mix in pan spread evenly
Bake for 30 minutes adjusting for pan size.
Cool for 15-25 minutes. Wait ‘til cakes completely cool
before frosting
Frosting
2 cup powdered sugar
½ cup softened cannabutta
1 T Vanilla
Sprinkle salt
½ cup milk
Use Mixer on low to med speed.
Set 15 minutes.
Spread at room temperature.
Red Velvet CupCake Orginal:
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa (powdered)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup CANNA BUTTER at room temperature
5 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk (see note at bottom)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon red food coloring
Directions
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl. Sift dry ingredients three
times.
Cream together cannnabutter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, making sure to beat
well
after each egg.
Add 1/4 of dry ingredients to creamed mixture then approximately 1/4 of buttermilk alternating until mixed well.
Mix in vanilla and food coloring.
Fill lined cupcake pans 1/2 full of red velvet batter. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for approximately
20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool cupcakes in pans for 5 to 10 minutes then remove from pans. Cool completely on wire racks before
frosting.
Clean cannabis leaves of stems grind cannabis in coffee grinder or very finely by hand.
1 oz cannabis leaf
¼ gallon milk
¼ gallon cream
Gently simmer for 3 hours on warm-low in crock pot. Let cool then strain leaves out of mixture immediately
Strain through cheesecloth 2-3x
Discard plant matter left over.
You can test for strength and taste. This can be diluted with ½ gallon whole milk.
*This can be used in any recipe that calls for milk.*
The Aztecs were the first to serve chocolate as a drink, but they also mixed it with hot chili
pepper to
make a really special beverage. Try something exotic with your cannabis hot
chocolate today. You can
always reduce the amount of chili if it's too hot for you. Caspian
(found in cayenne pepper) is also
beneficial for your health.
1 cup milk infused with cannabis
1 cup milk
1 vanilla bean
1 red chili pepper
1 cinnamon stick
1 1/2 oz bittersweet chocolate
Split red chili and remove the seeds. Also split the vanilla bean, lengthwise.
In a saucepan, heat milk to simmering with vanilla bean, chili pepper and broken up cinnamon stick.
(Or 1 TBS vanilla extract, 2 tsp cinnamon, and 2 tsp cayenne pepper.)
Continue to simmer for a minute or two.
Grate chocolate, and whisk into the hot spiced milk until melted.
Remove hot chocolate mixture from heat and let sit for 10 minutes, to steep. Strain, and heat through again if
necessary. Serve hot.
